On the 30th of August, our Unfinished Building (UB) Project Director, Mr. Taing Cheavhy, led our team and presented our preliminary findings around the issues with unfinished buildings at Preah Sihanouk Province.

Banks could play a key role in the completion of these unfinished buildings.

Representatives from the Ministry of Economics and Finance – SHV Masterplan team, Association of Banks of Cambodia members and our team had a round of discussion in attempt to reinvigorate Preah Sihanouk City with restarting the unfinished buildings projects.
