Mr. Huy Rathpisal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona and the American University of Phnom Penh. His experiences encompass financial management, project coordination, operation, and administration. Driven by his ethical sense, he takes pride in providing the best conduct in financial management.

Early in his profession, he was honored to be involved in the CFA community of Cambodia and was the representative of Cambodia in the Asia-Pacific regional CFA research challenge.
